Construction is now underway on the third floor of the seven-story, 16-unit mixed-use building under development at 21-10 44th Drive, in Long Island City’s Court Square section. Last time we checked in, foundation work was underway in October. The latest photo of the structure was posted in an update by The Court Square Blog.

A rendering has been revealed of two four-story, four-unit residential buildings planned at 220-222 Withers Street, in northern Williamsburg. Façade installation is currently underway at 47-28 11th Street, in Long Island City, where Kora Developers is building a seven-story, 21-unit mixed-use building, per The Court Square Blog. Dubbed The Corner, the 19,000 square-foot building will include a small 216 square-foot retail unit on the ground floor. Zproekt is designing, and completion is expected this fall.
